The Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) is an initative of Construction Skills (formally known as the CITB). It is the recognised training standard of the construction industry and is enforced by many companies in particular the major house builders.
If you work in the construction industry you will need to apply for the appropriate level CSCS card for your position. To do this you will required to pass the Health & Safety test (touch screen test) and enroll on an NVQ relevant to your work. This category will be shown on the back of your card when you acheive the NVQ.
Seaham Safety Services Ltd can claim available grants to pay for the cost of obtaining CSCS cards. To find out more about CSCS you can call us on the number at the top of this page, email us or click here to see more information and the types of CSCS cards available.
