On site assessment and training enables your workforce to be become trained and competent with a minimum amount of disruption to your operations.
The NVQs begin with an initial induction followed by registration and several on-site meetings where the OSAT assessor observes personnel in their working activities. Meetings will also involve a small amount of paperwork including unit questions.
The observations, photographic evidence, questions answered and evidence types of evidence are then collaborated to create a portfolio for the NVQ.
NVQs not only help to prove competence in working activities. They are also now a requirement to achieve CSCS/CPCS card.
